Congratulations to all of our Junior Golf Students who played in this year’s Boys High School State Championship!

Teaching professionals Trent Wearner and Tom Talbott continue their leadership as Colorado’s top junior instructors with yet another individual state champ as freshman Nick Umholtz from Greeley Central took the title.  Amongst their students, this makes four state champions in the past five years. The team championship was also won by Greeley Central of which three of the four boys on that winning team are their students. Congratulations to Brandon Tomasovich, Grant Suggs, and Nick Umholtz for claiming the team title and to our other hardworking students who competed. Student Testimonials

“In the last few years I wasted a lot of time and money taking lessons from
eight different instructors and was not satisfied with any of them. I am so
very happy to have found Trent Wearner, as he is the outstanding teacher I
needed to improve my game.”
- Rich Spencer

“He is going to sign a "Letter of Intent" to play golf at UCCS.  He did get significant interest from the U of Missouri at Kansas City and St. Cloud State including offers, as well as being contacted by half a dozen other schools, including CSU.  Only UMKC and SCSU were willing to make a commitment to him for the November signing period and he wanted to get it done now.  The other schools will wait until April to sign players for next year.  That being said, Alex and for that matter, his mom and I owe you a lot...this wouldn't have happened without you, and we are eternally grateful for your help.”
- Gary K.

"My experience at Meridian Golf Learning Center has been not only enjoyable but very rewarding.  I decided to start the process of rebuilding my game because I wanted to improve consistency in scoring as well as shot-making.  Working with the staff at Meridian Golf Learning Center was very eye-opening because after working with Trent, I looked at the game in a much smarter and more holistic way.  I basically fell in love with the game of golf all over again.  The quality of instruction is first rate and they use the latest teaching tools and technology to help enhance my game.  The results speak for themselves.  Last year, I went from a 17 to an 11 handicap.  That's 6 strokes in one year - a year which included shooting my low round ever (a 76)!  If you want to improve quickly and work with the top instructors in the state, Meridian Golf Learning Center is the place to go.  It's one of the best decisions I've ever made."
- Joe K.
